Wholeness is never lost; it is only forgotten. – Rachel Naomi Remen, Kitchen Table Wisdom
What have you forgotten about yourself? What might need to be undone in order to free yourself to be who you are?Ā Ā āWholeness is never lost; it is only forgotten.ā PoetĀ Charles Bukowski once asked, āCan you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?ā
Ā Ā Join us for a service designed to help to rediscover and restore the wholeness we have forgotten. The service will be structured around a powerful four-point spiral developed by environmentalist Joanna Macy in her Work That Reconnects.Ā Ā Point One is grounding ourselves in gratitude.Ā Ā Point Two is honoring our pain.Ā Ā Point Three is Seeing in New Ways.Ā Ā And Point Four is Going Forth.
Ā Ā As we move into this brand new year, letās pause to honor our wholeness before we dive into resolutions designed to fix or change ourselves.
