It’s where we gather each week in person or online to celebrate the values that unite us, broaden our understanding, deepen our spiritual lives, confront the challenges of living, explore the demands of justice, and build connections of fellowship, caring, trust and concern. If you’d like to know more about our congregation, it’s the place to begin.

A Note on Service Schedule

All other Sunday Service-adjacent events for January 25th are canceled as well – there is no Coffee Hour, Faith Formation, Long-Range Planning Town Hall, Soul Collage, or other informal events/meetings. Please stay safe!

September- May we hold two services each Sunday: at 9:15 am for our contemplative Service, or at 11:15 am for our traditional service, which often includes our choir or guest musician. During the summer, we host one traditional service at 10 am. For our traditional services, child care is provided for children under 5, and children older than 5 join us for the beginning of the service before heading to their faith formation classes.  From October to May, we also host a Vespers service and community dinner on the first Wednesday of every month. You can RSVP for upcoming Vespers here. 

All Traditional services are available to join online, as well as in person. Contemplative services and First Wednesday Vespers are only available in person.

Our Location

We are located at 1 Edwin Place, Asheville, NC 28001. Our main building is located at the corner of Charlotte St and Edwin Place with two additional buildings, 21 and 23, along the first block of Edwin Place. For more information on parking and campus accessibility click here.
