Becoming a Collaborator with  UU Asheville
As with most organizations, we rely on  volunteered time and talent  to support our programming and functioning. All members are encouraged to  collaborate with us  as they are able.  Through that you become an integral part of the operation of UU Asheville, you meet people with similar interests, and you help support our facility, our grounds, and our committees.
There are a myriad of ways to become involved. As a new member, you may choose to be a greeter during our Sunday worship service in order to connect more deeply with other congregants. Perhaps your passion for singing leads you to join our choir or your dedication to impacting young minds inspires you to volunteer in the Faith Formation program. Whatever your talents and passions, there is probably an  opportunity within our congregation that will help you feel more connected and responsible for our community. Â

This is just a small list of some of the more regular needs at UU Asheville, but more needs do rise up on occasion, and we’ll ask in the eNews or on Sundays. Â
There are lots of ways to be involved in our congregation, including lots of committees, the board of trustees, and other leadership roles. If you are interested in joining the leadership at UU Asheville, reach out to the Leadership Development Committee.
